RETURNS & REFUNDS >

We are sure that you will be very happy with your GoTek purchase but, if you feel it necessary to return an item our aim is to make the process as simple as possible without affecting your statutory rights.

GoTek have been trading in second hand consumer electronics for over thirty years and have always been as honest as possible when describing an item and assigning a CONDITION CODE.  However, we realise that on very rare ocassions a customer's opinion of condition may differ from ours, which is why we have such an open and transparent returns policy.

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW>

In the unlikely event that your delivered product is not quite as you expected. . .  or you simply change your mind about the purchase FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, all we ask is that you inform us of your intention to cancel the purchase within two working days of receipt.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS>

GoTek have strict in-house quality control procedures that are carried out before any product is listed on our website.  We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch to ensure a consistently high quality, but if you feel the product you received has a fault or is damaged, we offer a full 30 day period of return on your order.
Please note:  because we are unable to refund items that have obvious signs of misuse, we strongly advise that you examine your goods carefully before using them to make sure that they are as described!

If we agree that there is an obvious fault we will, of course, refund your purchase price in full!

Please contact us prior to returning an item and remember that refunds can take up to 7 days.  This is purely down to the time it takes for PayPal or your card provider to gather funds from our bank and transfer it back to yours.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM>

Although our refund policy is fair and comprehensive, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a returned item reachs us safely.  For this reason, and to protect your investment, we strongly recommend using a tracked service such as a private Courier, Royal Mail Signed-for or Special Delivery.
